In honor of tomorrow's holiday, I encourage all of you to peruse the Wikipedia article on turducken if you have not already done so. Truly, the noble turducken is food as art, or vice versa. I was particularly astounded by the "variations" section. What I wouldn't give for a slice o' that lovely bustergophechiduckneaealcockidgeoverwingailusharkolanbler.
